For over 25 years, Randy Schmitz has sought justice for his clients. After starting his legal career in defense work, he found his true calling helping individuals on the plaintiff side. Randy saw how much was at stake for individuals and families, especially when quick settlements left so much on the table. Setting out to offer more personalized, one-on-one representation for his clients with a mission to maximize their recovery, he founded Schmitz Law. 

Randy has earned Martindale-Hubbell’s highest AV rating, regularly volunteers for the Idaho High School Mock Trial Competition, and mentors young attorneys at the Idaho Trial Skills Academy. Now living in Carmen, Idaho, with his family, he blends big-firm experience with small-town values. When he’s not advocating for his clients, you’ll find him hiking, fishing, hunting, golfing, at Boise State football games, or spending time with his family.
